Being an energetic healer, I use various gems and stones while performing a healing session. In my experience, usage of the Shungite stone is one of the best tools in doing so. It is the only stone on earth which emits an energetic frequency of its own, as shown in this video.
There is a universal energy which is the source and/or essence of all things. We are all a part of that source.
